Goal of the course:
Fall in love with the process of working out
Making time for myself during the day
Remind myself of the goal and who I want to be strong for whether for my future self, for my family or to thank god for the amazing feeling of being perfectly made to do something physical with my body.
Week 2: Sculpting the hero in ME:
On the beach, instead of shrinking myself, I would hold my head high because I can celebrate what my body is capable of.
That’s self-respect; it’s moving away from that shrinking feeling and instead:
embodying power,
embodying self-love.
embodying discipline and showing up for myself everyday
This hero version of myself can not only be viewed from sculpting our outward image but also from a mental perspective.
Week 2: Finding my WHY?

What do you assume about their healthy habits? What does their morning routine look like? what do they eat like? what do they do for exercise?
Lead an active lifestyle

When I put anything on and feel amazing

Stop putting my life on hold.
Being busy in my head with negative thoughts about parts of my body
Not being truly in the beautiful experience I am having like surfing in portugal

Change self-sabotaging with self-compassion (instead of binge eating journal the negative thoughts and/or read/watch something uplifting

Have a post-shooting for my wedding
Buy myself for 1500€ clothes at once!

Become a certified fitness instructor and giving a course 1/week in Hot iron or reformer pilates
